Game recap: Sealy High School Football Team takes down Needville

After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Christian Wallace in the first quarter, Sealy (Texas) led 20-0 at the half.

The Tigers expanded their lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. Sealy scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown pass by Holten Einkauf to Tyler Nunn.

SHS came in allowing an average of 25.7 points per game this season.

The victory was a step in the right direction for the Tigers, who were coming off a 35-14 defeat at the hands of Wharton in its previous game.

Sealy (4-3) will play a 3A Region IV District 25 game against Columbus next week, while Needville (0-5) will take on Columbus also in a 3A Region IV District 25 game.
