Soccer Recap: Coolidge Comes Up Short

Coolidge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Combs Coyotes.

Coolidge's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Combs, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Coolidge will host Gilbert Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Combs, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 4-0 defeat against Yuma Catholic on the 5th.
