Football Recap: Harvest Community Takes a Loss

Harvest Community had lost eight straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 0-2 to make it nine. They took a blow against the Hilliard Red Flashes, falling 48-6. The Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-0.

As for Hilliard, the win got them back to even at 1-1. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for they considering their six-point performance the matchup before.

Camauri Bolden had a dynamite game, rushing for 128 yards and four scores on only seven carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making three total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harvest Community will face off against Santa Fe at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hilliard, they will challenge Cornerstone Classical Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
