After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Linfield Christian, Temecula Prep was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Excelsior Charter Eagles 3-0. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Patriots yet this season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 25-10.

With the win, Temecula Prep broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-3. As for Excelsior Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Temecula Prep will face off against Hamilton at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Excelsior Charter and Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
