Dublin Scioto lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Niah Smedley, who scored nine points along with 12 rebounds and three steals. Smedley hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Lyla Magnussen, who scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Dublin Scioto dropped their record down to 7-9 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Worthington Kilbourne, their victory ended a ten-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-9.
Dublin Scioto will be playing at home against Canal Winchester at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they will head out on the road to face off against Hayes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
