Reedley won the last time they faced Sierra Pacific and Kaylie Thiesen did her part to make sure it happened again. The Pirates blew past the Golden Bears 3-0 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Thiesen, who had 26 assists and four digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted 14 or more assists the last 21 times she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-9, 25-10.

Reedley's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Giuliana Jurado, who had nine digs and one assist. That's the most digs Jurado has posted since back in September. Elliana Martinez also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Reedley and bumps their season record up to 23-11-1. As for Sierra Pacific, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Reedley will take on Immanuel at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sierra Pacific, they will square off against Hanford West at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
