Volleyball Recap: Galloway Triumphs

Galloway won the last time they faced Northwest Classical Academy and things went their way on Monday too. The Scots walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Spartans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Scots.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Galloway took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11.

Adair Carlin paced Galloway's offense, picking up five kills. Carlin got some help from Sophie Balmes and her 12 assists.

Galloway's win bumped their record up to 11-13. As for Northwest Classical Academy, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-15.

Coming up, Galloway will square off against The Weber School at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwest Classical Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
