Basketball Game Preview: Airline Vikings vs. Red River Bulldogs

The Airline Vikings just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Red River Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Airline will be strutting in after a win while Red River will be coming in after a defeat.

On Monday, Airline was able to grind out a solid victory over Many, taking the game 47-38.

Meanwhile, Red River had to suffer through a 61-25 loss at the hands of Lakeview. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Gators recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Airline is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 17-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.1 points per game. As for Red River, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

Airline barely slipped by Red River in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, winning 55-54. Does Airline have another victory up their sleeve, or will Red River turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
