Bayport-Blue Point put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Pierson/Bridgehampton Whalers with a sharp 17-2 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 18-3 victory back in April.

Bayport-Blue Point's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-0. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Pierson/Bridgehampton, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
