Baseball Recap: Whitesboro Takes a Loss

Whitesboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Iowa Park Hawks.

Whitesboro's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Iowa Park, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

Whitesboro and Iowa Park's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. Whitesboro will challenge Southwest Christian School at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, a squad that's only allowed 3.33 runs per game. Meanwhile, Iowa Park and Clyde (who has only given up two runs per game) will meet at 2:40 p.m. on March 6th.
