Volleyball Recap: Bradley-Bourbonnais Victorious

Bradley-Bourbonnais posted their closest victory since April 16, 2024 on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Kankakee Kays 2-1. The Boilermakers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Kays, too.

Bradley-Bourbonnais' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Kankakee, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

The future could be bright for both Bradley-Bourbonnais and Kankakee: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Boilermakers will try to hand Crete-Monee their tenth-straight defeat when the two meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Kankakee will look to extend Joliet Central's eight-game losing streak when they meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
