Basketball Recap: DeQuincy Takes a Loss

DeQuincy and Elton squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but DeQuincy had to settle for second. They took a 55-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Elton Indians. The Tigers' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

DeQuincy's loss dropped their record down to 9-15-1. As for Elton, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-17-1 record this season.

DeQuincy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Elton, they will head out on the road to challenge Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
