Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Southern Nash walked away with it. They took down the Southeast Alamance Stallions 58-39 on Friday. The Firebirds pushed the score to 58-23 by the end of the third, a deficit the Stallions cut but never quite recovered from.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Camron Lyons and Jaden Hartsfield. Lyons gained 150 total yards and three touchdowns while Hartsfield rushed for 123 yards and a pair of scores on only 11 carries.
