Volleyball Game Preview: Tates Creek Commodores vs. Western Hills Wolverines

The Tates Creek Commodores are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will take on the Western Hills Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Tates Creek is headed into Thursday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game dating back to last season on Thursday. They fell 3-1 to West Jessamine.

Tates Creek was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made West Jessamine work for it, especially in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-16, 19-25, 28-26.

Meanwhile, Western Hills made easy work of Sayre on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolverines.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Western Hills was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-15, 25-13.

Western Hills' win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Tates Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
