Football Recap: Bradshaw Mountain Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Independence last Friday, Bradshaw Mountain came back down to earth. The Bears fell just short of the Snowflake Lobos by a score of 16-13 on Friday. The Bears were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lobos from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Despite the loss, Bradshaw Mountain still got an impressive performance from Kylin Jackson, who rushed for 145 yards, and also threw for 18 yards and one TD. Jackson was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 50 yards.

Jacob LaDuke was the offensive standout of the matchup as he threw for 194 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also rushed for 38 yards. Those 194 passing yards gave him a new career-high.

Bradshaw Mountain now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Snowflake, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bradshaw Mountain will welcome Mingus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Bears their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Snowflake, they will host Catalina Foothills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
