Volleyball Recap: Lebo Takes a Loss

Lebo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Marais des Cygnes Valley Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

Lebo started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-15, 25-14, 27-25.

Lebo's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Marais des Cygnes Valley, the win was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lebo will welcome Northern Heights on Tuesday. As for Marais des Cygnes Valley, they will host Eureka at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
