Winter Springs won the last time they faced Trinity Prep and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bears put the hurt on the Saints with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bears.

The win didn't come easy: Trinity Prep scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 29-27, 25-23.

Amery Carpenter paced Winter Springs' offense, picking up 13 kills. Carpenter got some help from Madelyn Hale and her 23 assists. Isabella Blackburn controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Winter Springs now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Trinity Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Winter Springs will be playing in front of their home fans against Lake Howell at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trinity Prep, they will head out to square off against Innovation at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
