Rogers's found some homefield redemption this week after a  overtime loss to Pullman on Friday. The Pirates took their  game  with ease, bagging  a  36-7 win over the Colville Crimson Hawks. That's more bragging rights for the Pirates, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Rogers found their leader in sophomore  Chase Chase, who threw for 203 yards and a pair of  TDs while completing 92.3% of his passes. Chase also  passed for two  passing touchdowns, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Everett Long, who gained 106 total yards.
 Rogers' run defense was locked in: Colville could only muster 1.2 yards per carry. The Pirates didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 6.8.
