Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Otis-Bison's Seventh in Last Eight Outings

Otis-Bison hadn't done well against Ness City recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Cougars came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 2-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Otis-Bison easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-20.

Rowyn Juno paced Otis-Bison's offense, picking up seven kills. Juno got some help from Emma Bahr and her 11 assists. Madyson Chapman controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Otis-Bison has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season. As for Ness City, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8-2.

Coincidentally, Otis-Bison and Ness City will both be playing Quinter the next time they take the court. The Cougars will head out to face the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
