Soccer Recap: Centennial Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Centennial can now relate to. They came up short against the Jupiter Warriors on Monday, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 229th, while the Warriors are ranked 19th).

Centennial's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-7. As for Jupiter, their win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-1-3.

Centennial does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jupiter, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Vero Beach on the 29th.
