Basketball Recap: Firth Victorious

Firth won the last time they faced Declo and things went their way on Friday too. The Firth Cougars managed a 35-30 victory over the Declo Hornets.

Firth found their leader in sophomore Baylie Mecham, who posted 12 points. Adyson Park was another key player, putting up seven points.

Firth's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Declo, they dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Firth will face off against North Fremont at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Declo, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Ririe at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
