Dixon came into Tuesday's matchup looking for another win against White Oak, but Zamarah Rawls wouldn't allow it. The White Oak Vikings strolled past the Dixon Bulldogs with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 49-33 thanks in part to Rawls, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine blocks. She has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 16 times she's played.

Despite the loss, Dixon still got an impressive performance from Lily Borden, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 11 boards. Those 11 rebounds gave Borden a new career-high.

White Oak has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-10 record this season. As for Dixon, their defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-15.

White Oak wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 38-19 loss against Swansboro on the 14th. As for Dixon, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 42-27 victory against Richlands on the 13th.
