Basketball Recap: Sherwood Takes a Loss

Sherwood lost against Leeton last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Sherwood Marksmen took a 35-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leeton Bulldogs. The Marksmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sherwood's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Leeton, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sherwood will host Butler at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Leeton, they will square off against Bunceton at 7:00 p.m. on February 5th.
