Basketball Game Preview: Harts Bluff Bulldogs vs. Boles Hornets

The Harts Bluff Bulldogs will challenge the Boles Hornets at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Harts Bluff is coming into the game hot, having won their last nine games.

Last Tuesday, Harts Bluff didn't have too much trouble with Bowie as they won 53-39.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Boles, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They skirted past Yantis 62-60. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Hornets have posted since December 28, 2024.

Harts Bluff better keep an eye on Zion Mcfadden. He was instrumental in Boles' win, dropping a double-double with 26 points and 13 boards. Another player making a difference was Gavin Williams, who posted seven points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Boles' win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-15. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.3 points over those games. As for Harts Bluff, their victory bumped their record up to 26-10.

Harts Bluff came out on top in a nail-biter against Boles in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, sneaking past 81-79. Does Harts Bluff have another victory up their sleeve, or will Boles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
