Softball Recap: Zion-Benton Wins Going Away Against Grayslake Central

Zion-Benton was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Grayslake Central on Saturday. The Zee-Bees were the clear victors by an 18-9 margin over the Rams. This was a revenge game for the Zee-Bees: when they faced off against the Rams on Saturday, they had to take a 9-7 defeat.

Zion-Benton moved to 7-10-1 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Grayslake Central, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Zion-Benton has already played their next contest, a 12-3 loss against Lake Zurich on the 12th. As for Grayslake Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-4 defeat against Antioch on the 13th.
