Basketball Recap: Comer Skates Past Pritzker with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Comer). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Pritzker Jaguars 59-19. The Catamounts haven't had any issues with the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Pritzker lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Isabella Medrano, who posted seven points and 11 boards. That was a full 36.8% of Pritzker's points, marking the third time in a row Medrano has put up more than a third of the team's points. Kayanna Brazell was another key player, putting up seven points.

Comer's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Pritzker, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Comer won't have much time to rest: their next game is against ITW David Speer Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pritzker, they will face off against Bulls College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
