Basketball Recap: Armwood Wins Going Away Against Robinson

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Steinbrenner, Armwood was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They strolled past the Robinson Knights with points to spare, taking the game 65-48. The Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

Despite the loss, Robinson still got an impressive performance from Annie Keith, who went 10 for 22 on her way to 23 points along with five assists and five steals. Keith has been hot for a while, having posted three or more steals the last nine times she's played. Ava Godfrey was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Armwood's win bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Robinson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-5.

Armwood has already played their next matchup, a 65-16 victory against Alonso on the 24th. As for Robinson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-54 loss against Sumner on the 24th.
