Basketball Game Preview: St. Mary's Academy Bobcats vs. Furtah Prep Falcons + How To Watch

For the first time this season, St. Mary's Academy will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing at home against the Furtah Prep Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. St. Mary's Academy has given up an average of 52.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Tuesday, St. Mary's Academy came up short against Oak Mountain Academy and fell 58-45. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Furtah Prep). They claimed a resounding 93-49 win over Holy Spirit Prep. The victory was nothing new for the Falcons as they're now sitting on four straight.

St. Mary's Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Furtah Prep, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

St. Mary's Academy couldn't quite get it done against Furtah Prep when the teams last played back in January as they fell 67-57. Can the Bobcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
