Volleyball Recap: Wheeling Comes Up Short

Wheeling lost to Schaumburg back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Saxons. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17.

Wheeling's loss dropped their record down to 26-7. As for Schaumburg, their win was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 27-4.

Looking ahead, Wheeling will welcome Antioch at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Schaumburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
