Soccer Recap: LaGrange Gets the Win

While LaGrange's win against Spalding wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Grangers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Jaguars 2-1.

LaGrange has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those five contests. As for Spalding, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 5-2.

Looking ahead, LaGrange will head out to challenge Villa Rica at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Villa Rica will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each match than the last. As for Spalding, they will take on Mary Persons at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
