Volleyball Recap: Ludlow Comes Up Short

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Ludlow and Chicopee Comp meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Monday. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Colts. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Lions have suffered against the Colts since June 14, 2021.

Ludlow's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Chicopee Comp, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Ludlow will challenge rival West Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Chicopee Comp is set to face off against their familiar foe Westfield at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
