Logan has gone a perfect 6-0 against Buffalo recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Bison at 6:00 p.m. Logan's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so Buffalo's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Logan is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of West Virginia's top teams: Huntington, who was ranked 24th at the time (Logan was ranked 20th). The Wildcats fell just short of the Highlanders by a score of 4-3 on Saturday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Buffalo came up short against George Washington on Tuesday and fell 6-2.

Buffalo's loss dropped their record down to 20-14. As for Logan, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-10.

Logan came out on top in a nail-biter against Buffalo in their previous meeting back in May, sneaking past 3-1. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Bison have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
