Volleyball Recap: Cheney Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Cheney lost against Central Valley back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Blackhawks fell 3-1 to the Bears. The Blackhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Cheney ultimately came up short, they really made Central Valley work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 19-25, 25-12, 25-14.

Cheney's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Central Valley, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 4-10.

Cheney wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Mountain View on the 11th. As for Central Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against University on the 14th.
