Football Recap: Valley Vikings vs. Virgin Valley Bulldogs
Friday just wasn't the day for Valley's offense. They were outmatched by the Virgin Valley Bulldogs and fell 39-0. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nevada football rankings (they are ranked 41st, while the Bulldogs are ranked sixth).
Davie Slack was her usual excellent self, throwing for 209 yards and five touchdowns for Virgin Valley. Slack has been hot, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last eight times she's played. 96 of Slack's passing yards were hauled in by Linita Kioa.
