Softball Recap: St. Martin's Episcopal Comes Up Short

St. Martin's Episcopal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 17-0 to the Riverside Academy Rebels. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Saints of the 20-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

St. Martin's Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Riverside Academy, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

St. Martin's Episcopal will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Crescent City Christian at 4:00 p.m. on March 11th. As for Riverside Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against E.D. White at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
