Baseball Recap: Ridgeview Takes a Loss

Ridgeview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lee Generals. The Wolfpack were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Generals earlier this season, when they won 12-5.

Ridgeview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Justice, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double. That double marked the first that Justice has hit this season.

Ridgeview's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Lee, they moved to 3-10-1 with that victory, which also ended their eight-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Ridgeview nor the Generals have any future games scheduled.
