Basketball Recap: East Orange Campus' Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

East Orange Campus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 55-51 heartbreaker at the hands of the Payne Tech Lions. The Jaguars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

East Orange Campus' defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-3. As for Payne Tech, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Orange Campus will take on Newark Tech in a holiday battle at at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Payne Tech, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Payne Tech Lions challenge the Linden Tigers on Sunday.
