Basketball Recap: Lee Generals vs. Union Bears
The Lee Generals's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their ninth straight defeat. They were beaten by Union 74-40. Lee has not had much luck with the Bears recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Lee lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Braylen Pendergraft, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Scott, who scored eight points.
Lee's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Union, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-7.
