Basketball Recap: Thurgood Marshall Takes a Loss

Thurgood Marshall suffered their biggest loss since February 9th on Saturday. They lost 71-48 to the Harvest Prep Warriors. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harvest Prep got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Khalil Daniels out in front who went 8 of 14 on his way to 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Antwon Pollard, who posted 15 points.

Thurgood Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Harvest Prep, they moved to 4-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Thurgood Marshall will take on Westland in a tournament on Thursday. As for Harvest Prep, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-53 win against St. John's Jesuit on the 29th.
