Volleyball Recap: Como-Pickton Beats Chapel Hill for Their Third Straight Win

Como-Pickton entered their tilt with Chapel Hill on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Red Devils by a score of 3-1. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Red Devils, too.

Como-Pickton walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-14, 24-26, 25-20.

Como-Pickton's win bumped their record up to 17-10. As for Chapel Hill, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 9-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Como-Pickton will welcome Miller Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Chapel Hill, they will square off against Bowie at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
