Basketball Game Preview: Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees vs. Calallen Wildcats

The Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees will venture away from home to square off against the Calallen Wildcats at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Tuloso-Midway is coming into the matchup on the come-up as their season has now been buoyed by two straight wins. They came out on top against Robstown by a score of 48-38 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Calallen strolled past Zapata with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 40-25.

Tuloso-Midway's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-12. As for Calallen, they are also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 15-11 record this season.

Tuloso-Midway didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Calallen in their previous matchup on January 10th, but they still walked away with a 36-32 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tuloso-Midway since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
