Basketball Recap: Nyla Parker Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Tanner

Elkmont won the last time they faced Tanner and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Elkmont Red Devils were the clear victor by a 49-24 margin over the Tanner Rattlers. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 29-7.

Elkmont's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nyla Parker, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds. Parker is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down ten or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Savannah Williams, who posted four points in addition to five rebounds and four steals.
