Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ashley Jang and Marcy Mossburg Lead Glacier Peak to Victory + How To Watch

Glacier Peak not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Cascade Bruins as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Grizzlies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-10, 25-13.

Glacier Peak was led to victory by Marcy Mossburg and Ashley Jang. Mossburg had 13 digs and three aces, while Jang had four aces and three digs. Those four aces gave Jang a new career-high. Olivia Lincoln also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Glacier Peak has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5-2 record this season. As for Cascade, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Glacier Peak is set to square off against their familiar foe Arlington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cascade will face off against rival Mountlake Terrace at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
