While Hannibal's win against Wright City wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Pirates narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Wildcats 11-10. The win continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won five in a row.

Hannibal's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Wright City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
