Basketball Recap: Binger-Oney Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Binger-Oney challenged Lookeba-Sickles on Friday. The Binger-Oney Bobcats took a blow against the Lookeba-Sickles Panthers, falling 73-26. The Bobcats have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Binger-Oney's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Lookeba-Sickles, they pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Binger-Oney will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Fletcher at 6:30 p.m. on January 28th. Lookeba-Sickles will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against Hobart at 6:30 p.m. on January 28th.
