Bladensburg hasn't had much luck against Wise recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Bladensburg Mustangs will be staying on the road to face off against the Wise Pumas at 6:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, Wise had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Raiders 3-2.
Wise wouldn't go down easily and took Eleanor Roosevelt into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 26-24, 22-25, 18-25, 15-7.
Wise was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in four consecutive games.
Bladensburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Wise, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.
Bladensburg skirted past Wise 3-2 when the teams last played back in September of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bladensburg since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
