Basketball Recap: Live Oak Comes Up Short

Live Oak lost to Walker back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles fell 69-59 to the Wildcats.

Live Oak has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season. As for Walker, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-14.

Live Oak didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 65-45 victory against Loranger on the 2nd. As for Walker, they will host Prairieville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
