Softball Recap: Cascade Comes Up Short

Cascade lost to Coffee County Central back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Champions fell just short of the Red Raiders by a score of 2-1.

Cascade's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Coffee County Central, they moved to 15-15 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cascade will face off against Huntland at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Coffee County Central, they will take on Warren County at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Red Raiders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pioneers have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season.
