Softball Recap: Comfort Bobcats/Deer vs. Medina Bobcats
Comfort can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 10-3 margin over the Medina Bobcats. The high-scoring effort was just what the Bobcats/Deer needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.
Ella Thiele was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits. Those 12 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base.
