Volleyball Recap: KIPP Collegiate Takes a Loss

KIPP Collegiate was the 3-0 winner over Memphis Rise Academy when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The phoenix took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Memphis Rise Academy on Wednesday. The phoenix have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

KIPP Collegiate's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Memphis Rise Academy, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, KIPP Collegiate will take on Crosstown at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Memphis Rise Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Trezevant on the 21st.
